So last week I was getting cussed off at work and felt a bit bad... so this week I apologised...
And now...
I'm getting fought over.
Bio Gen: We need Tom
Tox: No... we need Tom and we said you could only have him for one day. You're always stealing people from us.
Bio Gen: But we need them! No one else is in!
Ok ok. I know they're not really fighting over me, they're just fighting for 'someone' and also the principle of it all, but at least I'm wanted! lol.

When you talk about me...
Make sure I'm not in the room.
I'm currently sat in my lab at Southmead in the office, and apparently my supervisor and work colleage can't see me because they've just been cussing me behind my back!!
G: "He seems pretty cocky."
Congratulations. You got it in one!
H: "He walks in at ten past nine every morning... the other day he did it and I picked him up on it and he said 'Actually it's eight minutes past'"!
Yeah... it was. And if I didn't get all my work done by 4:15pm everyday and do it correctly you'd have a leg to stand on.
That has actually brightened up my day. I'm tempted to walk out of my corner and wave goodbye and see the looks on their faces... but I'd be more than a bit embarrassed for them.

I just spoke to a very nice man at Tesco's car insurance and renewed my policy.
It's strange how talking to a nice person at a call centre can make you feel calm in a sea of uncertainty.
As for the latest info...
I'm fine. I know what I want! Probably just don't know what I need...

So close...
Sometimes you feel like something is so distant you can't touch it.
